Medical Record Review

We are happy to review your medical records, in order to explain to you where you stand and how to find further treatment options. Investigation results are often not well enough explained, which leads to insecurities among Patients and delayed or even no treatment at all. We can store your medical records and use them for consultation-bookings and inquiries with the definite healthcare providers of your choice. All your information is, of course, handled with highest confidentiality and discretion.

Second Opinion

Many Patients have been treated or undergo treatment but do not feel 100% sure, whether they receive the best treatment possible.

We will check what has been done so far and advise, whether it makes sense to see another specialist in town. We consider your location and ability to travel when suggesting a doctor for a second opinion. We will also let you know honestly in case all possible options have been explored.

Hospital Appointment

We can book an appointment for you at almost any clinic/hospital in Thailand. Prior to booking, we will inform you about the different options with regards to your medical history and financial setting. This service is completely free of charge. You decide on how deeply you want us to be involved and when you want us to step out.

Nurse Visits/Escort

Our Nurses (Thai RN) can visit you at home, in order to keep and eye on your general condition or even perform medical procedures such as assistance with medication, wound-care or take blood samples for testing at a lab.

A registered Nurse is trained to detect signs of disease and deterioration of a Patient and can alert us in order to propose an adequate response for the individual problem.

We will coordinate with family and healthcare providers, in order to make all sides happy with our solutions, while guaranteeing the highest level of safety for the Patient.

Elderly Care at Home

Age comes with a range of possible Handicaps, which do not necessarily need home-bound, professional medical supervision. In many cases, a caring and passionate "care-taker" is enough to increase safety and social activities at home. Of course, our staff will accompany you also on trips outside your home, for example to visit friends, go shopping or other appointments. We always help to coordinate the most individual wishes with our staff and assist you in all kind of situations.

Nursing Care at Home

Our Nurses (Thai RN/PN) will take care of you and your medical needs at your home, hotel or wherever your adventure takes you. From basic, intermediate hygienic care up to advanced 24h care, we will find the right and safest setup for your individual needs. Wound-care, tube feeding, respirator care, palliative care, post-surgical care and many more options are available.

We also help to arrange, install and maintain the necessary medical equipment and supplies. Although all nurses speak at least basic English, we offer additional free interpreter service for multiple languages, in order to guarantee efficient communication between staff and customer.

Medical Equipment

From walking aids over hospital beds to oxygen machines, we can help to find the right equipment for all budgets. We have extensive connections within the medical equipment industry in various countries and are happy to investigate into all directions, in order to find the adequate piece of equipment for you.

We can arrange the delivery and installation as well as helping with maintenance and replacement of your medical home-equipment.
